What search fields are available on the [Book Search] advanced search screen?

On the Advanced Search screen, you can search using the following fields.
- In the input examples, "△" represents one or more spaces.
- [Local] indicates search fields that are valid only for local searches. When performing an NII search, the values entered in these fields are ignored.
